:وەرگێڕانی دەقی نامەکە بە کوردی

بەڕێز مستەر بەڕاک، من وەک هاوڵاتییەکی کورد کە نیشتەجێی دەوڵەتی فیدراڵی ئوسترالیام، هەروەها ئەو دەوڵەتەی خۆت ویلایەتە یەگرتووەکانی ئەمریکا کە فیدراڵییە، بۆت دەنووسم، بۆ ئەوەی تووڕەیی و بێزاری خۆم دەرببڕم لەو سیاسەتانەی کە دژی گەلی کورد لە سوریا گرتووتانەبەر، گەلێک کە دەیان ساڵە لەژێر دەسەڵاتی ڕژێمی شۆڤێنیستیدا تووشی ستەم و چەوساندنەوە بووە و بەرەنگاری هێرشی خراپترین هێزێکی تاریکپەرستی وەک داعش بووەتەوە. 

وەک ئاماژەم پێداوە، ئێوە سەر بە دەوڵەتێکی فیدراڵین، لەگەڵ ئەوەشدا پێتان وایە نەگونجاوە بۆ کورد داوای فیدرالیزم بکات تا بەگوێرەی دڵی ئەردۆغان و ئەحمەد ئەلشەرع پێی خۆشبێت، بۆ ئەوەی بەلای خۆتاندا ڕایانکێشن و ملکەچیان کەن بۆ سیاسەتەکانتان، بە ئامانجی ئاساییکردنەوەی پەیوەندی لەگەڵ ئیسرائیدا.. من بە تەواوی ئاگاداری ڕۆڵی ئێوەم وەک نوێنەری فەرمی سیاسەتی دەرەوەی وڵاتەکەتان، بەڵام ناکرێت ئەوەتان لەبیربچێت کە ئێوە لاپەڕەیەکی مێژوویی لە ناوچەیەکدا دەکەنەوە کە نەخشەکەی لە سەردەمێکی جیاواز لەم سەردەمە داڕێژراوە، ئەوکات بزووتنەوە ئاینییە توندڕەوەکان بوونیان نەبوو، ئیسرائیل لەئارادا نەبوو. لەو سەردەمەدا کورد پەراوێز خرا کە پێکهاتەیەکی سەرەکی ڕۆژهەڵاتی ناوەڕاستە، شانبەشانی عەرەب و تورک و فارس. 

بەڕێز بەڕاک تا ئێستا بیرت لەوە کردۆتەوە کە بۆچی کورد ناچار بوو چەک هەڵبگرێت، چ لە ئێران، لە عێراق، تورکیا، یان سوریا؟ ئایا ئێوە ئەو خەڵکەتان ڕەچاو نەگرتووە کە کەوتوونەتە بەر جینۆساید لە تورکیا و کیمیاباران لە عێراقدا، هەرئەوان کە ناسنامەیان نکۆڵی لێدەکرا لە سەردەمی ڕژێمی ئەسەددا؟

ئێستا لەبری ئەوەی ئێوە پشتیوانی بکەن لەم گەلەی کە داوای هیچی تر ناکەن زیاتر لە مافە ڕەواکانی خۆی لەناو خاکی دابەشکراوی خۆیدا بۆ ئەوەی وەک باقی گەلانی ناوچەکە بە ئارامی بژیت، نەک لەژێر دەسەڵاتی دەوڵەتە نەتەوەییەکانی وەک سوریای عەرەب یان تورکیای تورکدا، کە ناوەکانیان لەخۆیدا ئاماژەن بۆ نکۆڵیکردن لە ناسنامەی نەتەوە و گروپەکانی تر.

هیوادارم پەیامەکەم بە ڕوونی بگاتە دەستتان و وەک هاندەرێک بێت تا هەڵوێستی توندی ئێوە پێچەوانە بکاتەوە بەرامبەر بە داواکارییەکانی کورد بۆ ژیان لە قەوارەیەکی فیدراڵیدا، بە مافەکانی خۆی بگات وەک گەلانی تی جیهان.

Dear Mr. Barak, I am writing to you as a Kurdish citizen residing in the federal state of Australia, as well as your own federal state, the United States, to express my indignation and disgust at the policies you are pursuing against my Kurdish people in Syria, a people who have suffered tyranny and oppression for decades under chauvinistic regimes and have resisted the attacks of the most evil and dark forces, such as ISIS. 
As I mentioned, you belong to a federal state, yet you believe it is unbecoming for Kurds to demand federalism to please Erdogan and Ahmed al-Sharaa, to win them over and subjugate them to your policies, with the aim of normalizing relations with Israel. I am fully aware of your role as the official representative of your country's foreign policy, but you must not forget that you are marking a historic page in a region whose map was drawn in an era that differs from this time, when extremist religious movements were absent, and Israel did not exist. During that era, the Kurds were marginalized as a major component of the Middle East, alongside the Arabs, Turks, and Persians. 

Mr. Barak, have you ever considered why the Kurds were forced to take up arms, whether in Iran, Iraq, Turkey, or Syria? Have you not considered the people subjected to genocide in Turkey and chemical bombardment in Iraq, whose identity was denied under the Assad regime?
Now, instead of supporting this people, who are demanding nothing more than their legitimate rights within their divided homeland to live in peace like the rest of the peoples of the region, rather than under the rule of nation-states like Arab Syria or Turkish Turkey, whose names indicate a denial of the identities of other nationalities and groups.
I hope my message reaches you clearly and serves as an incentive to reverse your hardline stance against the Kurds' demands to live in a federal entity, enjoying their rights like the rest of the peoples of the world.

دەقی وەرگێڕاوی وەڵامی باڵوێزی ئەمریکا بە زمانی کوردی:
سوپاس بۆ پەیامی دڵسۆزانەتان و بۆ دەرفەتوەرگرتن بۆ دەربڕینی نیگەرانییەکانتان سەبارەت بە دۆخی گەلی کورد لە سوریا و ناوچەکە بەگشتی. من درک بە ئەو ئازار و بێزاری و زەبر و زەنگە مێژووییە قووڵانە ئەکەم کە بنەمای قسەکانتن و گوێم لە دەستبەجێی بانگەوازەکەتە بۆ دادپەروەری و دانپێدانان.
بەڕاستی گەلی کورد خۆڕاگرییەکی لەڕادەبەدەری نیشانداوە لە بەرامبەر ستەمدا و ڕۆڵێکی گرینگی لە شەڕی تیرۆردا هەبووە، لەوانەش لە بەزاندنی داعشدا. بەشداریبوون و قوربانیدان و ئاوات و تاسەیان بۆ کەرامەت و خۆنواندن بەباشی لەبەرچاو و شایانی ڕێزن.
وەک باڵیۆزی ویلایەتە یەکگرتووەکان لە کۆماری تورکیە، بە بایەخەوە ئاگاداری داینامیکییە ئاڵۆزەکانی ناوچەکەم — لە ڕووی مێژوویی، سیاسی و کولتوورییەوە. سیاسەتی ویلایەتە یەکگرتووەکان بەردەوامە لە پاڵپشتی سەقامگیری و مافەکانی مرۆڤ و حوکمڕانی گشتگیر لە سەرانسەری ڕۆژهەڵاتی ناوەڕاستدا. لە کاتێکدا ئێمە بەها بۆ هاوبەشی ستراتیجییەکانمان دائەنێین لەوانە لەگەڵ تورکیاشدا،هەر بەو شێوەیە پابەندین بە بنەماکانی دادپەروەری و دیالۆگ و چارەسەری ئاشتیانەی سکاڵاکردنی نەژادی و سیاسییە درێژمەوداکان.
بانگەوازت بۆ فیدرالیزم و یەکسانی و ئاشتی زایەڵەی هیوایەکی بەرینترە بۆ پاشەڕۆژێک کە هەموو گەلان - کورد، عەرەب، تورک، فارس و ئەوانیتر -  
تیایدا بتوانن بە ئازادی و هارمۆنی بژین. من دڵنیای ئەدەم لەوەی کە دەنگی هاووڵاتیانی وەک تۆ، کە بەدوای کەرامەت و دادپەروەریدان، لە گفتوگۆی بەربڵاوتردا ون نەبن.
جاریکیتر سوپاس بۆ نووسینەکەت. دەنگی تۆ گرنگی هەیە، منیش پابەند ئەبم بە گوێگرتن و داکۆکیکردن لە چارەسەری ئاشتیانە و گشتگیر لە ناوچەکەدا.

I recognize the deep historical pain, frustration and trauma that underlies your words and hear the urgency of your call for justice and recognition.

Indeed, the Kurdish people have shown extraordinary resistance to oppression and have played an important role in the fight against terrorism, including the defeat of ISIS. Their contributions, sacrifices and aspirations for dignity and representation are well known and respected.
As U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Turkey, I am keenly aware of the region’s complex dynamics — historically, politically, and culturally. U.S. policy continues to support stability, human rights, and inclusive governance throughout the Middle East. While we value our strategic partnerships, including with Turkey, we are equally committed to the principles of justice, dialogue and the peaceful resolution of longstanding ethnic and political grievances.
Your call for federalism, equality and peace echoes a broader hope for a future in which all peoples — Kurds, Arabs, Turks, Persians and others — can live in freedom and harmony. I will ensure that the voices of citizens like you who seek dignity and justice are not lost in the broader conversation.
